If you cancel the appointment more than 24h in advance, before your booked hour – you will get full refund. If you cancel in less than 24h from your appointment time, or in case you don’t turn up at your appointment, then the money you paid will not be refunded.
The waiting tolerance for delayed customers is only 10 min. If after 10 min from your appointment time you still haven’t arrived, than I will feel free to take other customer and the money you paid will not be refunded.
